Ted Fuentes – Founder & President

Ted Fuentes proudly served 8 years in the United States Air Force as an air crew member on KC-135R’s supporting the Strategic Air Command. During his time in the Air Force Ted received multiple awards and recognitions from Squadron and Base Commanders. He was Honorably Discharged in 1994. Upon his separation from the military he worked in the aerospace and aviation sectors as a Sr. Aero Vehicle Engineer where he was able to further his understanding of military and manufacturing processes. After 10 years in the aerospace industry, Ted made his move into sales and marketing of delivering recruiting and staffing services in the Information Technology sector. He has managed Fortune 500 accounts by providing high quality sr. consultants across all disciplines of IT from individual contributors to upper level management for the past 11 years. He has helped start-ups identify talent that were instrumental in contributing to the design/architecture, development and deployment of multimillion dollar systems, later acquired by global companies. Ted is passionate about the shared successes of his clients and consultants and helping fellow Veterans. He is the Orange/Los Angeles County Chapter President for the CA DVBE Alliance.


Leo Peay – Principal

Leo has led the design, implementation, and operations of world class Internet and eCommerce infrastructures and application systems. Leo specializes in helping companies achieve their business goals through the effective use of people, processes, and technology. Leo brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of information systems and technology. He has many years of planning, implementing, and innovating Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Management, and eCommerce practices for multi-million dollar P&L business units.   Leo served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Experian.


Oleg Chaikovsky – Senior Consultant

Oleg has more than 15 years of experience in evaluating, verifying, selecting, and implementing technologies. He specializes assisting companies with large, complex solutions involving multiple platforms from a variety of sources. His ability to bring important challenges to the forefront and communicate his analysis are highlights of his strengths. His combined experience with solution providers as well as internal IT strategic departments provides clients with a broad base to leverage into the right solution including business platforms, infrastructure, messaging, integration, identity management, eCommerce, and business process. Oleg has had roles at IBM, Sun, Experian, Netscape, AOL, Fujitsu and Merisel.
